GutWise for organisations
Help employees turn health knowledge into sustainable everyday habits
GutWise is a physician-developed, evidence-informed 12-step programme that helps employees translate knowledge about food, gut health, sleep, stress, movement and recovery into practical habits they can sustain.
Developed by physician, author and cognitive therapist Dr Berit Nordstrand.

Move beyond passive wellbeing content
Many employees already know that nutrition, sleep, movement and stress matter. The challenge is turning that knowledge into consistent action.
GutWise gives employees a structured programme, credible knowledge and practical tools they can apply in everyday life, one manageable step at a time.

We work with employers and partners to introduce GutWise through focused employee programmes. A programme can include onboarding and communications support, engagement monitoring, agreed self-reported measures and a final review to inform the next decision.

GutWise measures whether the programme reaches employees, motivates activation, sustains engagement and creates sufficient value to support renewal or a wider rollout.
